Dr. Azin Nasseri
Dr. Nasseri specializes in marriage and family counseling and has over 16 years of experience in clinical psychology. He integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Positive Psychology in addressing work/life balance, personality development, midlife and existential concerns, child/parenting issues, trauma and intrapersonal conflict, adjustment issues, stress management, and spiritual development.
Dr. Nasseri completed his doctoral studies through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (USA) and received his Masters degree and advanced training in marriage & family counseling in Switzerland.
He currently serves as the vice-president on the board of Shanghai International Mental Health Association (SIMHA), and provides clinical supervision and training for psychology graduate students from Palo Alto University. He is also the co-author of an upcoming book on marriage.
Dr. Nasseri has been happily married for over 20 years, and has three children. He and his family have been living in Shanghai for the past five years.
