Beth Ellsworth is a Corporate Coach who works with those who wish to bring forth their very best, professionally as well as personally.
Beth was drawn to the coaching profession after many years of working in the corporate world. Her work experience includes nearly two decades in Canada, mostly in the high-volume retail industry, with her most senior role being General Manager of a successful location (80 million CND in annual sales). She has worked for over 10 years in China in Corporate Training and Development as well as in post-secondary education. China roles have included: External Consultant for Leadership Development Centres; Senior Corporate Trainer, Facilitator & Training Manager responsible for Communications and Leadership-related Programs; and Brand Communications Consultant in the Hospitality Industry. Beth’s current areas of focus are coaching and leadership development. Her coaching assignments include areas such as managing transitions into new roles, being more effective professionally or personally, striving for more life/work balance and moving up in the organization. And, while tangible results are an important outcome for clients, Beth ultimately strives to assist people in unfolding fresh meaning and purpose in their lives.
