Dr. Arini Beaumaris
Dr. Arini Beaumaris is the managing director of High Capacity Communications, which provides the tools to enhance all your relationships and better understand yourself and others; - in your workplace, family and personal relationships. We do come with an instruction manual, it is written in our faces, we can help you to read this manual to communicate effectively, leverage your strengths, create strong teams and overcome conflicts and misunderstandings. She has also developed a unique system of coaching parents and care givers to develop ethical character and behaviour management in young children based on her Doctoral Research into acting on moral choices. She has spent over 20 years as an educational leader from pre-school to higher education. As principle of a secondary school in Canada, she introduced a character education program, resulting in 64% of the students being placed on the British Columbian Honours Roll. Her corporate consultancy work has embraced the hospitality, tourism, child care, health, communications and IT industries; with business leaders; government, community and educational institutions in Australia, North America, Europe and China.
